HTCN ADVISORY BOARD:
HART Hemophilia Awareness Research and Treatment The Advisory Board to the HTCN was formed in the summer of 2002 by a diverse group of involved patients and caregivers who hoped to improve the lives of persons with bleeding disorders. Several committees have formed to address specific issues of concern. These include child care, patient assistance, and education. Meetings are held quarterly.
