CELESTE HUTFILZ I am Coumadin Clinic's newest registered nurse. I joined their team in June of 2006. I graduated from UNLV in 1992 and immediately started working in critical care at University Medical Center. After 14 years there, I decided it was time to explore a new area of patient care. New challenges, new learning experiences and a completely different view of patient care has been very rewarding. I hope to spend many years here as the clinic expands. In addition to my regular role at the coumadin clinic, I have also taken on the coordination of the RELY trial. This new exciting medication, if found effective, may enhance the care of patients requiring anticoagulation therapy. |
