| Wendy Cantrell Cardiovascular Clinical Pharmacy Specialist
Wendy received her doctorate in pharmacy from the University of Arizona. She completed a residency at the Tucson Veterans Hospital with specialization in cardiology. She has been on staff at The University Medical Center where she is actively involved in many committees. Dr. Cantrell is also responsible for the pharmacy residency program at University Medical Center. Having seen first hand the necessity for a clinic of this sort during her training in Arizona, she strived to integrate a curriculum and educational materials for use in the Coumadin Clinic. |
